Property blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Also featured in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a key identifying different parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Further images released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
