The unusual holiday event continues from November 25 through December 22, providing free extra story content for Shadows players.

According to the formal release, "A mysterious confrontation draws characters Naoe and Yasuke into a original quest, where rumors of prohibited practices and terrifying transformations resonate through the darkness." The narrative presents a "strangely attired woman named Ada" who assigns the duo with traveling into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her companion from a clandestine sect.

The adventure focuses on "peculiar experiments and a fearsome enemy" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Locations and Transformations

The trailer highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The teaser concludes with a dramatic scene showing a character, presumably the prisoner, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
